Summary
C1 is looking to add an intern to our Cisco Contact Center Development team. The Intern will work with a senior engineer to learn and assist with the configuration and implementation of Cisco Contact Center Applications. You will work as part of a team of professionals that play a key role in implementing top tier solutions and delivering high quality results. This Intern is expected to be a Junior or Senior nearing completion of a degree program in Computer Science, focused on programming or a similarly relevant field.
Essential Functions
- Assist with planning, design, and development of contact center call flows and self-service IVR applications
- Gain insight into the life cycle of projects
- Gain development experience with various Cisco Contact Center development platforms, including WebEx Contact Center’s Flow Designer
- Learn how Artificial Intelligence is being utilized in real customer environments
- Act as a resource working with other developers, project managers, and clients to help meet specific needs throughout the process
Required Qualifications
- Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder
- Available to work 40 hours per week during Summer 2026
- Major programming language knowledge (Java or C#)
- Application Development Experience
- Office 365 Experience (Excel, Word, Visio)
- Customer Service Focus
- Strong Communication Skills
- Driven to Learn New Technologies
Desired/Preferred Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a 4-year program at an accredited university or college
- Familiarity with Contact Centers
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps
- Experience with SQL queries and stored procedure development
- Experience with Cloud integrations
- Knowledge of Microservices
- Familiarity with Eclipse IDE
- Familiarity with Smartsheet
- Web Development Capabilities
