Customer Service Representative

Internship Overview

This internship provides hands-on experience in wholesale operations, B2B customer service, inside sales support, and business administration. Interns will work directly with leadership and office staff to support real-time order processing, customer communication, shipping logistics, and account management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with entry and processing of wholesale orders
  • Communicate with customers regarding order details and status
  • Help prepare freight shipping quotes and schedule pickups
  • Maintain and organize order documentation
  • Update shared databases (Microsoft Office 365 environment)
  • Provide administrative support to office and warehouse teams
  • Assist with phone coverage and professional front-office support
