Equipment Management Intern

The Equipment Management Intern supports the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) in day-to-day operations and special projects. This internship provides hands-on experience in equipment management, work order generation and processes, report creation, document organization, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration amongst various departments.

The intern will perform the following under the guidance and direction of the department Manager/Leadership:

  • Assist with detailed computer system data entry, analysis, revision, and system cleanup.
  • Computer system and hard file document naming, storage, organization, and management.
  • Support project planning and execution, helping coordinate timelines, deliverables, and resources.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improving processes and workflows.
  • Approve work orders and generate reports as requested.
  • Support GRAM’s Core Values.
  • Support Agency, customer and vendor audits as needed.
  • Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal/external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company's policies and practices.
  • Perform all other tasks, projects, and duties as assigned.
