Court Sales Rep – Make What You're Worth

Ace Courts is Utah's #1 sport court construction and resurfacing company. We're looking for self-motivated, confident closers to join our sales team on a commission basis.

What makes this different: This isn't random door knocking. You'll be given a structured route through pre-identified, high-intent leads in Utah's most affluent neighborhoods — loaded directly into your phone. The system is built. The opportunity is real. You just have to show up and sell.

What you'll do:

• Work a provided route of high-intent leads in premium Utah territories
• Knock doors, build rapport, and present quotes on the spot
• Can't close on the first visit? Set the appointment — the owner will come finish it and you still earn full commission
• Manage your own schedule and pipeline

What we're looking for:

• Previous sales experience preferred (door-to-door, retail, anything customer-facing)
• Confident communicator who can build trust quickly
• Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding
• Reliable transportation
• Competitive — you're motivated by what you earn

Minimum requirements:

• 18+ years old
• Local to Utah — no travel required, all work stays in state

Compensation:

• $800–$3,000+ commission per closed deal
• Half paid from deposit, remainder upon job completion (typically within a few weeks)
• No cap — your income is entirely up to you
• Flexible schedule you control completely
