HR Consultant - Future Forward Foundation (F3 Global):
F3 Global (Future Forward Foundation) is a student-founded 501(c)(3) non-profit that supports under-financed small businesses in underserved communities through microfinancing and hands-on advisory. We combine access to fair capital with practical consulting to help entrepreneurs grow sustainably and strengthen their communities.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an HR Consultant who is excited by both impact and consulting, and who can help us build people-focused systems as we scale globally. This role blends classic HR advisory (policies, recruitment, culture) with consulting-style problem solving for a young, fast-growing, student-led non-profit.
You will work closely with student leaders and cross-functional teams (finance, consulting, tech, partnerships) to design and refine HR processes, support a global remote team, and provide strategic advice on people and culture.

- Screen resumes
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Background in HR, organizational psychology, business, consulting, or a related field (students and recent graduates strongly encouraged to apply).
- Strong interest in HR consulting, people operations, and organization building in a mission-driven context.
