Summer In-Person Investment Banking Internship

Interns will join the New York offices of Coady Diemar Partners and be integrated into the firm’s investment banking efforts. They will be primarily focused on: company, industry and market research; financial analysis and modeling; preparation of marketing materials; and, assistance in due-diligence and deal execution. 

Interns will be working directly with Managing Directors who will provide them with exposure to aspects of the deal generation and execution process.

Job Requirements:

• Undergraduates expecting to graduate in 2027 or 2028
• Analytical, quantitative and detail-oriented
• Strong interest in business, financial markets and investment banking
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Resourceful, team-oriented with entrepreneurial spirit
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

We encourage students with an interest in energy, environmental science or renewable energy in particular to apply. Candidates with previous intern experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity or other financial services are highly preferred. While a background in finance is not required, you should be comfortable with numerical computation and have a demonstrable interest in working in financial services.
