Office Assistant

We’re hiring an entry-level, part-time Office Assistant to help keep daily operations organized and running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s reliable, detail-oriented, and wants to grow into a broader role over time. Bilingual (English + [Spanish/Other]) is a plus.

What you’ll do

Greet visitors and handle basic front-desk support (as needed)

Answer phones, take messages, and route requests to the right person

Manage incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and simple shipping

Keep shared spaces organized (front office, kitchen, conference rooms)

Restock and track office supplies; help with ordering and vendor follow-ups

Support scheduling and meeting logistics (calendars, conference rooms)

Help with data entry, scanning, filing, and basic spreadsheets

Assist with special projects and “whatever helps” tasks that keep the office moving

What we’re looking for (must-haves)

Reliable and on-time—we can train skills, not consistency

Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and in person

Basic computer skills (email, calendars, documents; willing to learn)

Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Able to lift/move light office items (boxes of supplies) [remove if not relevant]

Nice to have

Bilingual (English + [Spanish/Other])

Experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace

Customer service, receptionist, retail, or hospitality experience

Familiarity with basic spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
