Service Appointment Coordinator

 Join Fox Toyota Lexus as a Service Appointment Coordinator! This role is responsible for managing service appointment scheduling, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and supporting the service team with communication and organization. 

Essential Duties

  • Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments through phone, email, and text.
  • Direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or team member.
  • Conduct after-visit follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update the customer database to encourage repeat business.
  • Offer service contracts and review warranty options when applicable.
  • Process payments for service contracts as needed.
  • Generate daily reports and complete assigned administrative tasks.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and provide outstanding customer service at all times. 
  • Support a safe, positive, and team-oriented work environment.

Job Requirements

  • Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings, including:
    • Background check
    • Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review
    • Drug screening
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must be bilingual (English and Spanish required)

 

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred (automotive experience a plus).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in basic computer systems and scheduling software.
  • Ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
