Inside Sales Specialist

American Fasteners, a leading industrial and fastener distributor serving South Florida for over 40 years, is seeking a high performing Inside Sales Specialist to drive revenue from within our store location.

This is not a passive counter position. We are looking for someone competitive, proactive, and focused on results.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage contractor and commercial customer accounts

• Convert walk in and inbound inquiries into revenue

• Prepare detailed quotes and follow up consistently to close

• Increase average order value through upselling and cross selling

• Build long term relationships with repeat customers

• Track open quotes and maintain strong follow up discipline

• Work closely with warehouse and purchasing to ensure timely fulfillment

• Support monthly revenue and margin goals

Qualifications

• Proven sales ability and confidence closing business

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

• Experience in construction supply, industrial distribution, or hardware preferred

• Fastener industry knowledge strongly preferred

• Competitive mindset with strong work ethic

• Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred

Compensation

Base pay plus commission with strong earning potential tied to performance
