Sales Management Trainee
Position Summary
The Sales & Management Trainee will learn all aspects of inside sales, customer relationship management, order processing, and operational workflows. This role is designed to develop future leaders within the organization by providing hands-on training across sales, customer service, and branch operations.
Qualifications
College degree preferred
Prior sales or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required
Basic computer proficiency
Full-time availability: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales Support
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and communication channels to engage customers
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
Accurately prepare quotes and process customer orders
Follow up on sales leads and assist in achieving sales targets
Customer Service Excellence
Provide high-level customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues
Deliver post-sale assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Operational & Product Knowledge Development
Stay up to date on product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape
Collaborate with sales and operations to meet departmental goals
Learn branch operational processes and systems to support long-term leadership development
