Position Overview

We are looking for motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Retail Sales Associates. This position is perfect for students, recent graduates, or anyone looking to start a career in sales, marketing, or customer service.

No prior experience is required — we provide full training and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a retail setting

Help customers find the best products and service options

Explain promotions, features, and benefits

Process sales transactions accurately

Work toward individual and team sales goals

Maintain a positive and professional customer experience

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older

Strong communication and people skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work in a team environment

Previous sales or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
