Remote Travel Advisor

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Travel Advisor. The Travel Advisor will assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Other responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries promptly, and delivering personalized travel solutions to meet clients' expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in Travel Arrangements and working with a Travel Agency
• Ability to multitask, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using travel booking software and platforms is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the travel industry is beneficial
