Global Graduate Accelerator Trainee

Global Graduate Accelerator Trainee (Starting in September 2026 in Munich, Germany) 

The Global Graduate Accelerator Trainee will gain global hands-on experience across key business areas, build a global network, and develop the leadership and technical skills needed to accelerate their careers. Develops high-potential graduates through structured training, cross-functional exposure, and international experience.

Participate in international rotational assignments across multiple departments (e.g., operations, finance, marketing, customer service, or technology). 

• Collaborate with cross-functional and multicultural teams on real business projects 

• Support strategic initiatives through research, analysis, and presentation of insights.  

• Engage in continuous learning through formal training, mentoring, and leadership development sessions 

• Contribute innovative ideas to improve processes, products, or services 

• Adapt to different regional markets and business environments during global placements 

• Present project outcomes and recommendations to senior leadership

What you will bring for this role: 

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science
• No more than 2 years of internships/work experience related to your degree background
• Intercultural experience e.g. through semester or internship abroad and willingness to work in different locations worldwide
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German plus one additional language skill are a plus
• Strong analytic thinking skills and a business mindset, ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Strong interest in consumer goods, customer experience, and multi-channel marketing, basic understanding of digital channels, CRM and analytics
• Must be willing to live in Europe (Germany and other US cities for 1 year) Rotation in Germany is for 3 months!!!!
