Influencer Marketing Intern

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated student to support influencer marketing initiatives for a fast-growing e-commerce apparel brand. This role provides hands-on experience in sourcing creators, managing partnerships, and coordinating influencer campaigns from outreach to performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
• Research and source potential influencers aligned with the brand’s audience and aesthetic
• Manage influencer outreach, communication, and relationship building
• Assist in negotiating and coordinating influencer collaborations and partnerships
• Help develop influencer campaign briefs and creative guidelines
• Track campaign timelines and ensure influencers deliver required content
• Monitor and organize influencer deliverables across campaigns
• Track campaign performance metrics such as views, engagement, and conversions
• Maintain organized databases of creators and partnerships
Required Qualifications
• Strong written communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Interest in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or e-commerce
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and tracking campaign data
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with TikTok, Instagram, or social media content creation
• Familiarity with influencer outreach or brand collaborations
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Schedule
Paid internship (hourly rate based on experience)
10–20 hours per week
Hybrid schedule (some in-person collaboration required)
