Sales Executive

Sales Executive — IT Consulting & Technology Services

Position Overview

 

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing technology development and IT consulting team. This role is responsible for driving new business growth, expanding client relationships, and delivering technology solutions that meet client needs. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.

Key Responsibilities

 

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and prospects

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across target markets and territories

Develop and execute account growth strategies to expand existing client relationships

Generate qualified leads through networking, outreach, and strategic prospecting

Lead proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations

Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client requirements

Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure high client satisfaction

Stay informed on client business priorities, competitive landscape, and industry trends

Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and sales objectives

Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the services portfolio

Required Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred

Proven experience in IT services, consulting, or technology sales

Strong track record of generating new business and growing accounts

Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close deals

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills

Ability to engage with stakeholders across technical and business functions

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities

Technical Knowledge (Preferred)

 

Understanding of IT infrastructure, application development, enterprise systems, or cloud solutions

Familiarity with enterprise platforms, data solutions, or digital transformation initiatives

Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise organizations
