Assistant Visitor Services Intern
Support the management of the visitor services team, including assisting with hiring, onboarding, training, supervision, and internal communication.
Help ensure a consistently excellent guest experience that reflects the Museum’s standards, values, and mission.
Maintain and monitor the cleanliness and safety of the facility during open hours, including assisting with guest incidents, lost child procedures, and severe weather protocols.
Assist with coordinating visitor services operations in collaboration with the education, development, and sales & marketing teams.
Provide observations and coaching to our associate team.
Assist in the creation of training resources, such as training videos and presentations.
Support shift responsibilities, including assisting with museum opening and closing procedures and guiding associates through daily operations.
Work on a larger project together related to employee retention and overall employee satisfaction.
Lead our Mess Makers program on Mondays, working with a variety of guests.
