Total Target Cash Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 USD

We’re a lean, fast-growing team that moves quickly. We’re looking for an Account Executive who wants to be more than a quota carrier — someone who will grow with us as we scale.

The Role

As an Account Executive, you'll be on the front lines of our growth — reaching out to dental practices, running demos, and closing deals. You'll become a product expert who can speak fluently about our membership plan technology, PMS integrations, and how we help practices generate sustainable revenue.

This is an early-career role designed for someone who wants to build a career in healthcare technology sales. We invest in our reps — the path from AE to Senior AE to Account Manager or Sales Lead is real and recent.

Compensation

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed below is the total target cash compensation (TTCC) and includes base compensation and variable compensation in the form of commissions. Variable compensation is determined by role and level.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and qualify dental practices and dental groups through outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
  • Run discovery calls and product demos to uncover practice needs and present our membership plan solutions
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact through signed agreement
  • Build relationships with practice owners, office managers, and dental group decision-makers
  • Collaborate with the implementation and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in CRM
  • Share market feedback with product and marketing teams to help improve our offering

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS, health tech, or dental
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a genuine customer-first mindset
  • Comfort owning a full sales cycle and navigating multiple stakeholders
  • Clear, confident communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation
  • A growth mindset with willingness to learn, test, and iterate on new approaches
  • Willingness to travel to dental conferences and industry shows to represent Subscribili
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot or similar sales technologies)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Bonus Points

  • Experience selling to dental practices or other healthcare providers
  • Familiarity with dental practice management systems — Subscribili Link integrates with 30+ of them
  • Prior experience at a health-tech or dental-tech startup
