IT Support Specialist
ITS works with businesses throughout the Bay Area providing onsite and remote IT support. We are looking for a candidate who is customer service oriented, organized and has a good driving record.
We’re seeking an IT Technician with experience for growing Managed Service Provider serving the Monterey Bay and San Jose areas. Position includes some travel to local offices for IT support functions including but not limited to new computer system setup, basic network troubleshooting and support. Software support such as Microsoft Office 365.
Responsibilities for this position include:
-Work in a team environment and communicate effectively in order to resolve customer issues quickly and completely.
-Communicate with helpdesk manager to triage and prioritize issues
-Travel to office locations when needed for new installations and technical support
-Documenting within ticketing system and customer database
-Track customer tickets in ticketing system
Qualifications:
-At least 2 years of experience in troubleshooting IT issues (negotiable)
-Ability to communicate with clients and team members effectively
-Solid knowledge of MS365 installation and troubleshooting
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system. Mac OS is a plus.
-Minimum of 2-year degree in IT related study is a plus
Office location in Scotts Valley.
Job Type: Full-time or Part-Time. Please note, Health insurance is for Full-Time position only.
Salary: From $25.00-30.00 per hour depending on experience and skill level
