职位简介

我们正在寻找一位有耐心、亲切并富有热情的中文老师加入我们的学前教育团队，带领2–4岁的幼儿在日常互动中自然接触中文，培养他们对语言与文化的兴趣。

本职位以语言沉浸为主，通过游戏、歌曲、故事与日常交流进行教学。您将与主教师共同合作，由主教师提供课堂结构与指导。本职位无需教师证书。

工作职责

语言沉浸

• 在课堂中全程使用普通话与幼儿互动
• 通过游戏、歌曲、故事和日常活动引导词汇学习
• 帮助幼儿建立对中文声音与表达的熟悉感

课堂协作

• 配合主教师开展适龄教学活动
• 支持幼儿的社交能力与创造力发展

行为引导

• 协助实施积极的课堂管理方式
• 维护安全、有秩序的学习环境

家长沟通

• 向家长简单反馈孩子的语言接触情况
• 解答有关沉浸式学习的基本问题

文化体验

• 介绍中国节日、音乐、传统与文化活动
• 培养幼儿对多元文化的理解与兴趣

任职要求

• 普通话流利（会读写优先）
• 喜欢与2–4岁幼儿互动
• 性格耐心、积极、有亲和力
• 良好的沟通与合作能力
• 有幼儿经验优先，但非必须

About the Role

We are looking for a warm, engaging, and enthusiastic Mandarin Chinese Teacher to join our preschool team and help children ages 2–4 develop an early love for language and culture.

This role focuses on immersion through conversation, songs, play, and daily classroom routines. You will work alongside the Lead Teacher, who provides guidance and classroom structure. Teaching credentials are not required.

Responsibilities

Language Immersion

• Speak Mandarin with children throughout the day
• Introduce vocabulary through songs, play, storytelling, and routines
• Help children become comfortable hearing and using Mandarin

Classroom Support

• Partner with the Lead Teacher to implement age-appropriate activities
• Support social development, creativity, and participation

Behavior Guidance

• Assist with positive classroom management and routines
• Help maintain a calm, safe learning environment

Parent Communication

• Share simple updates with families about language exposure and progress
• Answer basic questions about the immersion experience

Cultural Enrichment

• Introduce holidays, traditions, music, and cultural activities
• Help children develop appreciation for global cultures

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken Mandarin (reading/writing preferred)
• Passion for working with children ages 2–4
• Patient, positive personality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Early childhood experience preferred but not required
