Retail Sales Associate
Join Cooper Aerobics as a Retail Sales Associate at The Coop, where we offer Cooper apparel, active wear, boutique clothing and accessories, fitness and nutritional products.
Part-Time, Variable Hours (18-29 hours per week)
Evening availability until 7 PM & Weekend availability is a must

In this role you will:
- Bring your retail and/or customer service experience to build strong relationships and brand loyalty.
- Greet all members in a prompt, pleasant and helpful manner, and ensures they receive the highest levels of customer service.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all services offered within the Fitness Center as well as other services around campus.
- Keep store clean and organized.
- Receive new merchandise, hang and steam new arrivals.
- Assist Retail Manager with any tasks associated with improving the member experience or club goals.
- Count cash drawer once at beginning of shift and at end of shift & fills out open/close form.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s or associate’s degree preferred
- Must have previous customer service experience and/or retail experience
