Industrial Data Analyst
I want to be clear upfront—this is an early-stage, equity-based opportunity (not a paid role at this stage).
If you’re looking for a traditional paid internship or job, this likely isn’t the right fit. If you’re interested in building something real from the ground up, keep reading.
We’re building a large-scale industrial data platform focused on organizing manufacturing and supply chain information across North America. We’re already working with large, real-world datasets and actively building the first version of the platform.
What This Is
A chance to work on a live platform, not a mock project
A small, fast-moving team where your work has real impact
Direct exposure to how early-stage products are built
An opportunity to build something you can point to (portfolio / GitHub)
What You’ll Work On
Cleaning and structuring large public datasets
Deduplicating and merging company data
Building organized datasets for real-world use
Supporting early data pipeline and system development
Requirements
Basic Python (pandas preferred)
Comfort working with large datasets (CSV/text)
Understanding of data cleaning and structuring
Interest in real-world data problems
Structure
10–20 hours per week (flexible)
Equity-based initially
Potential to transition into a paid role as we grow or raise funding
Opportunity to grow into a longer-term position for strong contributors
Ideal For
Students or recent grads who want real experience over theory
Builders who want to ship, not just learn passively
People interested in startups, data, and real-world systems
