SEO Organic Growth Manager

Looking for a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you can make an immediate impact? Besitos | KashKick, an innovative technology company and two-time Inc. 5000 honoree, is seeking a full-time SEO & Organic Growth Manager to own and scale our organic acquisition engine.

 

This is not a “keep the lights on” SEO role. This is a build, optimize, and drive revenue role.

 

You’ll lead search strategy across:

  • Traditional SEO
  • Technical performance
  • AI-driven search (AEO / LLM optimization)
  • Content strategy
  • Organic funnel conversion

What You'll Own:

🚀 Organic Growth Strategy

  • Build and execute the SEO roadmap tied to revenue goals
  • Own keyword research, topic clustering & search intent mapping
  • Identify high-value transactional & loyalty search opportunities
  • Drive optimization for AI Overviews, featured snippets & LLM search
  • Create content briefs that actually rank

 

🧠 Content & On-Site Optimization

  • Optimize existing pages for ranking + conversion
  • Build internal linking strategies that scale authority
  • Partner with CRO, product & creative to improve organic landing performance
  • Ensure SEO strategy aligns with full-funnel growth

 

⚙️ Technical SEO (Strategic, Not Just Tactical)

  • Monitor site health (indexation, CWV, schema, crawl depth)
  • Translate technical findings into actionable engineering tickets
  • Partner on migrations, new features, and structural updates
  • Prioritize fixes based on business impact
  • You don’t need to be an engineer, but you do need to understand how technical decisions affect performance.

 

🔗 Authority & Offsite Growth

  • Collaborate with agency on backlink & authority strategy
  • Identify digital PR opportunities
  • Support YouTube SEO & image optimization

 

📊 Analytics & Impact Tracking

  • Define KPIs tied to traffic, funnel progression & revenue
  • Build dashboards that connect SEO to business outcomes
  • Conduct competitive analysis & identify share-of-voice gaps

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5–8+ years of hands-on SEO experience
  • Strong content + technical SEO exposure
  • Experience working with engineering and product teams
  • Familiarity with AI search optimization (AEO / LLM surfaces)
  • Comfortable in GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog
  • Strategic thinker who can execute
