The Programming & Events intern team focuses on the growth and sustainability of the national network by providing mentorship to student leaders, planning high-impact events, and fostering community connection.
Leadership Coach
- Summary: Leadership Coaches manage the social health of our organization by facilitating a group-based support model. They build and moderate peer-led ecosystems—where student leaders can share resources, solve common challenges, and feel connected to other students in our national movement.
- Qualifications: Strong group facilitation skills, interest in leading in our national community, and the ability to moderate digital spaces with a focus on neuro-inclusive social dynamics.

Focus Areas:
- Online Network: Focuses on managing our online platform, fostering peer-to-peer engagement, and creating "community wins."
- Chapter Network: Focuses on "cohort" support, hosting group workshops, and connecting chapter leaders to one another for collaborative success.

Project Examples:
- Designing and hosting monthly roundtable discussions, facilitating high-energy weekly events, launching interactive contests, and more to create the infrastructure where leaders help each other and connect on an ongoing basis as they lead their communities and participate in national campaigns.
- Designing and monitoring a community health dashboard to identify group participation trends and identify which cohorts need an engagement boost or celebratory shout-out.
