Preschool Teacher

ACC is now hiring Preschool, Toddler and Floating Teachers.

Job Summary:

As a Teacher at ACC, you will be part of a team of teachers playing a vital role in guiding and encouraging young learners in their early childhood education journey. You will be responsible for creating engaging and educational experiences for preschool-aged children, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development. We are currently interviewing for teachers to teach in our younger and older preschool rooms as well as a float teacher position.

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education best practices

- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports each child's unique learning style

- Provide individualized attention to address the diverse needs of students

- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure continuity between home and school environments

Experience:

- Minimum, Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, Bachelor's preferred

- Previous experience working with young children

- Knowledge of child welfare practices and early childhood development principles
