Pay and Benefits
- Salary Range – $88,000 - $116,500 per year

Job Overview
The Manager, Organic & Specialty Milk Procurement is responsible for day-to-day execution of organic and specialty milk procurement operations, including ordering, scheduling, documentation management, and invoice verification. This role partners closely with the procurement team to support supply continuity and provides backup coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ordering, buying, selling, and scheduling for organic and specialty milks.
- Manage ordering, buying, selling and scheduling for select milk byproducts from internal and external sources.
- Assist in overseeing milk quality.
- Manage organic milk forecasts.
- Assist with hauling issues at the farm level.
- Organize and maintain organic certificates and required documentation.
- Assist Director of Dairy Programs at area organic meetings.
- Partner with operations and logistics, validating hauling and wait time invoices as needed.
- Manage ordering, buying, selling and scheduling conventional milk for vacation coverage for AD of Milk Procurement.
Min. Qualifications
- Experience in procurement/scheduling/coordination with strong attention to detail in a fast-changing environment.
- Comfort working with documentation (certificates) and invoice verification.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with organic or specialty dairy supply chains and related documentation requirements.
