What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Source, screen, and interview professionals for high-demand roles
  • Manage the recruiting process from first conversation through offer acceptance
  • Partner with companies to understand hiring needs and talent strategy
  • Develop long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
  • Learn how companies hire, grow, and build leadership teams
