Position Description

The Associate / Senior Associate position entails the following:

Research, diligence, and valuation of private equity portfolios and portfolio companies in support of secondary transactions. Underlying investments will include equity and debt positions in mature and early stage companies across a broad range of industries and geographies.

Extensive financial modelling using Microsoft Excel and other tools.

Research global industry trends and market data.

Assist in the negotiation and preparation of legal documentation in support of transaction execution.

Prepare presentations, investment recommendations, and other materials for internal and external use.

Qualifications

Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting is required as is proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate will demonstrate great attention to detail and be able to work independently with limited supervision. Internships or experience in the secondaries market, investment banking, finance, or related fields is preferred. Knowledge of VBA, generative or agentic AI tools, or foreign languages is a plus.
