Key Responsibilities

  • Leasing & Sales
    • Greet prospects, qualify them by covering all criteria, and follow up with them.

  • Inspect models and available apartments before showing.

  • Explain the advantages of location and services.

  • Have prospective clients complete the application and secure the deposit in accordance with company procedures.

  • Conduct outreach marketing to locators, nearby businesses, and local functions.

  • Responsible for the leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations of multi-family residential apartments.

  • Focus on surpassing occupancy and renewal goals.

  • Administrative & Compliance
    • Immediately record all telephone and in-person visits on appropriate reports.

  • File guest cards and maintain them according to established procedures.

  • Evaluate credit and rental history of new applicants.

  • Verify all income and assets to ensure applicants meet company policy criteria.

  • Prepare and manage renewal leases.

  • Assist with move-ins and move-outs.

  • Resident Services
    • Solve resident issues in a timely manner.

1

  • Conduct apartment inspections.

  • Provide prompt service to both current and prospective residents.

  • Conduct resident functions.

  • Qualifications (Example)
    • Certified Leasing Certificate.

  • Experience with property management software (e.g.rent maanger ).

  • Extensive experience in apartment management and leasing.

  • Bilingual (e.g., Fluent in Spanish and English) is an asset.
