Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Market Analysis

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and engage potential full-service and finance clients, fostering relationships that convert into long-term partnerships.
- Develop customized pitches, proposals, and presentations to address client needs and demonstrate value.
- Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
Partnership Development
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand the organization’s reach and capabilities.
- Negotiate and secure contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Collaborate with partners to co-create value-driven initiatives and campaigns.
Revenue Growth & Goal Achievement
- Establish and meet ambitious sales and revenue targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
Event & Networking Engagement
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and enhance visibility.
- Host or participate in presentations, panels, or workshops to showcase expertise and build credibility.
Process Optimization & Innovation
- Continuously evaluate and refine business development processes to maximize efficiency and results.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices to remain competitive and innovative.
Reporting & Insights
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, progress, and outcomes.
- Work with research analyst to optimize data and analytics to identify patterns and refine strategies for better performance.
