About the Role
Scalaro Global Consulting Group is expanding a nationwide wireless program that helps eligible households access affordable phone service through a federal initiative.
We are seeking driven and organized Account Managers to oversee and support a network of Territory Development Representatives (TDRs) while managing relationships with local business partners.
This role combines leadership, business development, and relationship management, making it ideal for individuals interested in building real-world experience in sales, operations, and team leadership.
What You’ll Do
• Manage and support a team of Territory Development Representatives (TDRs)
• Build and maintain relationships with local business partners
• Ensure partner locations are properly trained and actively enrolling customers
• Monitor performance and help drive weekly activation goals
• Assist with local marketing and community outreach efforts
• Identify opportunities to grow and expand your territory

Compensation
This is a performance-based opportunity with commission and bonuses tied to team production.
Top performers in this role can earn $6,000 – $15,000+ per month, depending on the size and performance of their territory.
There is no cap on earnings.
