About the Role
Scalaro Global Consulting Group is expanding a nationwide wireless program that helps eligible households access affordable phone service through a federal initiative.
We are seeking motivated Business Development Managers to focus on building partnerships with local businesses and organizations while supporting territory growth.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy networking, relationship building, and helping businesses grow, while gaining hands-on experience in sales and business development.
What You’ll Do
• Identify and connect with local businesses and community organizations
• Build partnerships with store owners and decision-makers
• Help partners implement simple marketing and outreach strategies
• Support the growth and development of your local territory
• Collaborate with Territory Development Representatives and Account Managers
• Assist with community outreach and activation events

Compensation
This is a performance-based opportunity with commission and bonuses tied to production and partnerships.
Top performers can earn $4,000 – $10,000+ per month, depending on performance.
There is no cap on earnings.
