Essato & Co. is a medical wear uniform brand launching in July 2025 — founded by product-obsessed designers who refused to cut corners, built for practitioners who notice the difference. We are looking for a talented Social Media & Community Manager to help us build our presence from the ground up. You will create considered content (photo, video, Reels, and more), manage our influencer program, and engage our growing community before and after launch, working alongside a full-service marketing agency. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing brand social accounts, is comfortable behind a camera, understands the influencer landscape, and is a self-starter who can work with care and precision within a complete brand brief. This is a part-time to full-time flex role — on-site availability in the Fulton, MD area is required.
