Key Responsibilities
- Complete foundational training in Google Cloud (Level 100 200) and Salesforce Agentforce Gen AI trails
- Collaborate with Senior Architects to design and test Gen AI prompts and workflows
- Assist in developing intelligent Salesforce Agents for sales, service, and public sector use cases
- Work with Salesforce technologies including Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Google AI Cloud
- Support the configuration of CRM workflows and automation tools like Salesforce Flow and Process Builder
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field
- Basic understanding of Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Exposure to AI, cloud technologies, and automation tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities
