As an Inside Account Executive your primary responsibility will be to learn and understand our company's products, processes, and guidelines while actively contributing to generating new business relationships with mortgage brokers. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence and helping us achieve our growth objectives. Additionally, this role will be responsible for generating new business relationships with mortgage brokers using our MIQ dialer system.
Essential Job Functions
• Continuously participate in training programs to enhance your knowledge and skills.
• Quickly become proficient in understanding our mortgage lending products, guidelines, and pricing structures.
• Learn the end-to-end loan origination process, including application, underwriting, closing, and funding, to provide effective support to brokers. This includes our TPO portal where brokers go to submit, lock and price loans.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers, becoming their trusted point of contact for inquiries, assistance, and information.
• Actively seek out and identify potential new business opportunities by identifying and reaching out to prospective mortgage brokers.
• Assist brokers in the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are collected accurately and efficiently.
• Utilize the MIQ dialer system to proactively reach out to potential mortgage broker partners and generate new business relationships.
• Market and promote thelender products to brokers and bankers, generating new accounts and servicing existing accounts.
• Resource for broker/banker regarding programs, products and pricing, help structure deals that meet the borrower’s needs.
Essential Job Skills
• Strong sales skills required with a history of past success, B2B sales preferred.
• Mortgage related experience preferred but not necessary.
• Excellent presentation skills for both small and large audience.
• Strong analysis and judgment skills
• Resourcefulness and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication, both written and verbal
• Detail orientation with strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Ability to prospect new business effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential brokers to increase sales and expand theLender's growth.
- Manage sales pipeline, track broker interactions, and analyze sales performance.
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of theLender's products.
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or a related field.
- A track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong account management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
