HR Coordinator

About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic, relationship‑driven HR Coordinator to support our growing Talent Acquisition efforts. This role plays a key part in building strong candidate pipelines, strengthening our campus recruiting presence, and supporting sourcing initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Development & Sourcing

  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, social platforms, networking, and industry events
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high‑volume and hard‑to‑fill roles
  • Conduct initial outreach and screening to engage prospective candidates
  • Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs

Campus Recruiting & Early Talent Programs

  • Coordinate campus recruiting activities including career fairs, classroom presentations, and on‑campus interviews
  • Build relationships with university career centers, faculty, and student organizations
  • Support planning and execution of internship programs and early‑career initiatives
  • Represent the company at campus events and serve as a brand ambassador
  • Assist with scheduling, logistics, and communication for student candidates

Job Posting & Search Support

  • Draft and post job descriptions across multiple platforms
  • Monitor job posting performance and recommend improvements
  • Assist with resume review, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
  • Ensure a positive and timely candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Event & Travel Coordination

  • Support planning for recruiting events, career fairs, and hiring days
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for campus visits and recruiting trips
  • Prepare materials, presentations, and supplies for events
  • Occasionally travel to campuses or recruiting events as needed

HR & Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate data in HR systems and recruiting tools
  • Assist with reporting, metrics, and documentation
  • Facilitate pre‑hire onboarding requirements by requesting paperwork and initiating background check processes
  • Assist with onboarding efforts to ensure new hires feel prepared, welcomed, and set up for success
  • Supporting broader HR initiatives and projects as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or related fields (internships included)
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable with outreach, networking, and representing the company externally
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office/Teams
  • Willingness to travel for campus and recruiting events
