We are a top-rated outpatient clinic specializing in injury prevention, pain relief, and workers' compensation rehab. We’re now seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (20+ hours per week) to join our growing team and help us continue providing exceptional care to the Corridor.

What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant who is passionate about working in a team-oriented, patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate will have:
2+ years of experience in orthopedic and outpatient physical therapy (training provided for motivated candidates).
Experience with workers' compensation injuries and industrial rehabilitation is preferred but not required.
Associate degree for Physical Therapist Assistant
A state license or certification required
A valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
Position Details:
Full-Time (20+ hours/week) – Hours may vary week to week, but flexibility is key. Some appointments may extend into early morning or later afternoon.
Location: Work at both Cedar Rapids and Hiawatha clinics, as well as visits at local companies for ergonomics assessments and injury prevention.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out treatment plans in the clinic under guidance of PT
Efficiently document notes with clients for daily notes
Performs therapeutic procedures by administering manual exercises and instructing, encouraging, and assisting patients in performing physical activities
Provide injury prevention techniques while onsite at companies
Perform ergonomic assessments of various work stations
Other responsibilities include: workflow management, patient care, ensuring a safe-work environment, quality customer service and a commitment to continuous performance
