Business Innovation Specialist

Hybrid operational-technical role who can architect systems, automations, and infrastructure to power our next iteration of internal systems & client services, with efficiency and efficacy. This role engineers smarter workflows by actively (hands-on) building tools to make our teams and processes better, faster, more precise, while having foresight to scale across business units and clients. This role will architect, develop, and implement in-house tools to help power TEN2's operating and cross-functional ecosystem.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience building powerful, cross-platform automations that eliminate manual processes
  • Proficiency with modern development environments and intelligent tooling assistants (Cursor, Windsurf, Warp, etc.) for rapid prototyping and iteration
  • Familiarity with Google Apps Script, APIs, Automation Tools, AI Tools, and Al Integrations
  • Experience building custom machine learning tools and analyses to derive actionable insights from large-scale datasets
  • Experience managing end-to-end solutions, including deployment pipelines, testing frameworks, and data security best practices
  • Curiosity about and willingness to test new apps, libraries, and platforms that can radically enhance day-to-day workflows and operational cycles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you can translate operational needs into working, scalable solutions


 

Plus

  • Scripting and technical implementation experience across Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
  • Familiar with GitHub, project management tools (Linear), Cursor, collaborative workflows
  • Knowledge of SQL, database architecture (Snowflake/Databricks, PostgreSQL), and data visualization
  • Understanding of music industry workflows, metadata standards (DDEX), and content management systems


 

Specific Operational Priorities

  • Audit and deploy automations including reporting, client comms, asset performance trackers.
  • Build templates and workflows that accelerate creation of visual assets and content variations for platform-specific requirements
  • Build systems beyond existing tools to track and visualize content performance across platforms, from upload status to engagement metrics, tying insights directly to creative strategy and channel optimization
  • Automate and scale owned-and-operated systems supporting channel launches, roadmap tracking, and performance monitoring
  • Automate repetitive workflows (creative testing and tracking, title optimization, posting schedules, performance reporting) — freeing strategists to focus on creative direction instead of manual operations
  • Build internal tools to consolidate fragmented systems into one operational stack
  • Enable faster testing, letting teams prototype channel tools, optimization dashboards, and automation workflows rapidly instead of waiting on external solutions
  • Future-proof operations as platforms evolve — someone who can adapt APIs, automate delivery, and maintain technical infrastructure as we scale
