Concierge Services Consultant

Madison Avenue Realty is launching a new line of business for their commercial and residential real estate and property management clients. Concierge Services is something that clients have asked for and they are now planning for. We are seeking an entrepreneurial business minded individual who can help develop many aspects of this start-up business on a part-time basis.

This individual should have a business management background and be willing and able to conduct market research on pricing, lines of service to launch, competitive analysis, go to market planning, SWOT analysis, and a lean canvas business plan to determine what it might take for this business to take flight. 

 

We are seeking an individual who can work independently, creatively, analytically, and can demonstrate critical thinking skills in partnering with the primary owner of Madison Avenue Realty who wants to rapidly arrive at a solid business plan coupled with a go to market plan that will allow their staff to launch this new business within the next 4-6 months. There might be a test market phase you would oversee in a 3 month timeframe. This is a contract/consulting position that is between 10-20 hours per weeks. We seek someone who has strong drive, desire to start and grow a business that might even become a part of.
