HR Intern (Talent Acquisition Focus)

Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid/On-site) Duration: 3–6 months

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our North American HR team. This role will primarily support our recruitment life cycle, helping us identify and engage top-tier talent in the biotechnology and technology sectors. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in high-growth executive search and global HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Research: Assist recruiters in identifying potential candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, and niche professional networks.

Interview Coordination: Schedule high-volume interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial resume screenings and outreach to passive candidates to gauge interest and qualification.

ATS Management: Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Employer Branding: Assist in creating content for social media (LinkedIn/WeChat) to promote our company culture and open roles.

Administrative Support: Help with background check initiations, offer letter preparation, and onboarding logistics for new hires.

Qualifications

Education: Current student (Junior/Senior) or recent graduate in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.

Skills:

Recruitment Tools: Familiarity with Recruitment tools and AI agents

Compliance: Basic understanding of U.S. employment laws (EEO, Massachusetts-specific labor regulations) and data privacy standards.

Bilingual Capability: Native or professional fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage for global coordination.

Communication: Ability to communicate with "warmth and professionalism," maintaining a high standard of candidate care even during rejections.

Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with a "zero-error" mindset when handling offer letters and sensitive documentation.

Adaptability: A proactive "can-do" attitude with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Discretion: Proven ability to handle confidential information with the utmost integrity.
