Artist Digital Marketing Manager

The Role

As our Artist Digital Marketing Manager, you will own the digital marketing strategy for our roster of artists — from content ideation and production to full campaign execution around releases. You will work directly with artists and our A&R team to build and execute marketing plans that drive real engagement, grow fanbases, and convert listeners into loyal supporters. This is a hands-on role that requires both creative vision and analytical rigor.

Responsibilities

Short-Form Content Strategy & Production — Develop and execute TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts strategies for each artist. Concept, shoot, and edit content alongside artists, ensuring every piece is native to the platform and culturally relevant.

Song Campaign Management — Plan and run full release campaigns from pre-save through post-release, coordinating content rollouts, paid media, playlist pitching support, and influencer/creator seeding to maximize impact at launch and sustain momentum.

Sales Funnels & Fan Conversion — Build and optimize funnels that turn casual listeners into engaged fans — driving streams, merch sales, email/SMS signups, and ticket purchases. Understand the full journey from discovery to conversion.

Community & Niche Expertise — Identify and infiltrate the online communities, subcultures, and micro-audiences where our artists' music naturally fits. Know where conversations happen (Reddit, Discord, niche TikTok, genre-specific forums) and how to authentically participate.

Platform Intelligence — Stay ahead of algorithm changes, trending formats, and emerging platforms. Translate platform knowledge into actionable tactics for each artist's content and release strategy.

Analytics & Reporting — Track campaign performance across platforms, report on KPIs (engagement rate, follower growth, conversion metrics, streaming velocity), and use data to iterate and improve strategy.

Artist Collaboration — Work closely with artists in-person to coach them on content creation, build their comfort on camera, and develop a consistent and authentic visual identity across platforms.
