About the Role
This role is ideal for a highly capable, curious, and fast-moving student, recent graduate, or early-career professional who is deeply interested in artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, and real-world AI implementation. You will work closely with the Principals to help integrate AI into the growth, operations, research, marketing, and execution of the platform, while supporting leadership-focused summits and related initiatives.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who understands how to apply AI tools in practical business settings, not just discuss them conceptually. The role will involve identifying ways AI can improve workflows, research, communications, content development, outreach, event preparation, and internal systems. It is well suited for someone who follows the AI space closely and is excited by agentic AI, prompt design, automation, knowledge workflows, and the fast-changing ecosystem of models, tools, and platforms.
Responsibilities may include helping build and refine AI-enabled workflows for research, outreach, content generation, meeting preparation, operational tracking, and marketing support; testing and comparing tools; developing prompts and repeatable processes; supporting the use of AI agents across different tasks; and helping the team think strategically about where AI can create leverage across the business.
This role is best suited for someone who is highly organized, tech-forward, resourceful, analytical, and excited to apply AI to meaningful conversations around cities, real estate, economic development, leadership, and growth.
