Wedding Consultant

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Wedding Consultant, located in Media, PA. The Wedding Consultant will work closely with couples to coordinate all aspects of their wedding day, including venue arrangements, timelines, and event details. Responsibilities include assisting with planning, answering phones and emails, managing vendor relationships, conducting site tours, and ensuring a smooth wedding experience. The consultant will also deliver outstanding customer service, effectively communicate with clients, and contribute to the overall success of every event at Kings Mills.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members
• Knowledge and experience in Wedding Planning and Event Planning processes
• Proficiency with Event Management, including organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Ability to work on-site and manage fast-paced event environments
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and evenings
