About the Role
Affluence Inc is seeking a motivated Marketing Account Manager to join our growing team in Indianapolis. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, developing and executing marketing strategies that drive results. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with assigned client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Develop and present marketing strategies, campaign proposals, and performance reports
- Collaborate with internal creative and sales teams to deliver campaigns on time and on budget
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling or expanded services
- Represent the company at client meetings, events, and community outreach activities
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and campaign activity in CRM software
- Stay current on marketing trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
Requirements
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field — or equivalent work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Self-motivated with a professional, client-facing demeanor
Preferred (not required):
- 1–2 years of experience in account management, marketing, or a client services role
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools
- Experience with social media marketing, email campaigns, or digital advertising
- Knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
