Architectural Designer

Job Description

Design/Drafting position with knowledge and experience using Revit and CAD software for professional design firm. Duties will include assisting Architects with the preparation of detailed drawings for buildings and structures. Position is Full-Time with excellent pay, paid health insurance premiums, paid personal time, 401K/Profit Sharing, year-end bonus and advancement opportunities.

Other duties/responsibilities may include:

- Using CAD software to create full-scale and detailed drawings of buildings and interiors.

- Prepare renderings for clients.

- Site visits to gather data.

- Corresponding with clients.

- Corresponding with reps.

- Attend weekly project meetings.

- Working closely with Architects on project until completion.

Qualifications

- Experience with Revit at professional design firm.

- Extensive knowledge of CAD software and other architectural drafting tools.

- Desire to learn and develop in your career.

- Understanding of building codes and regulations.
