The exciting responsibilities of the Bilingual Sales Associate are:
- Follow up on customer leads, engage with potential clients, and actively listen to their current connectivity needs offering personalized AT&T solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships through direct interactions, having consistent follow-up, and fostering long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the AT&T Sales Department to create effective sales campaigns that will increase reach and new customer acquisition, supporting the growth efforts of our clients.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, market telecommunications trends and identify opportunities for growth, helping the company stay ahead of the competition.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer interaction records, creating follow-up campaigns to ensure long-term satisfaction with our products and services and brand loyalty.
What we’re looking for in the Bilingual Sales Associate:
- A high school diploma or equivalent certificate is required for the position.

- Strong communication skills and be a proactive listener with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers easily.
