The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, resourceful recruiter who knows how to find great talent without relying on job boards alone.
If you’re someone who can hunt, engage, close, and onboard talent end-to-end, this role is for you.
What You’ll Own
Full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and brands
Proactive sourcing using organic channels (LinkedIn, communities, outreach, referrals)
Running interviews and owning candidate evaluation
Managing and coordinating interview pipelines with hiring managers
Negotiating offers and closing candidates
Drafting offer letters and managing employment documentation
Handling onboarding workflows (I-9s, W-2s, compliance paperwork)
Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines
Improving hiring processes and speed in a startup environment
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of recruiting experience (startup experience strongly preferred)
Fluent in English and Spanish
Proven ability to hire across multiple roles simultaneously
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
Experience with salary negotiation and closing candidates
Familiarity with HR documentation and onboarding processes (I-9, W-2, etc.)
Comfortable using ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and modern recruiting tools
Someone who is proactive, scrappy, and results-driven
