Customer Success Representative
JOB SUMMARY:
Furniture Pros Logistics, a sub company of Furniture of America Group is looking for the talented Customer Success Representative to work with a team that is specialized in provide customer best support for their logistic needs. Daily operation includes but not limit to processing PO, SO, Invoice, Tracking, RMA, taking Customer Service request, billing, forecasting etc. You are the key person to the success of our business. Customer satisfaction is the highest priority in everything you do. You need to work with both customer and warehouse operation team so that not only the customer is satisfied, also our warehouse operation is running smoothly which at the end bring success to the company.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Working Knowledge in 3PL logistic and warehouse.
- Working Knowledge of Warehouse Management System.
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Muti lingual communication ability is a plus as customers could be using different language to communicate with you.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, business communication, and writing skills.
