Data Reporting Specialist

TRICOR Insurance, LLC is growing and we’re looking for a Data Reporting Specialist to provide our Executive Leadership team with accurate, timely reporting that drives business decisions across sales and operations. This behind‑the‑scenes role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, building reports, and ensuring information integrity. In this role you will have the ability to work within any of our Central Standard Time Zone locations.

What You Will Do

• Manage incoming report requests
• Build, update, and maintain recurring monthly reports
• Analyze data to support producers, leadership, and operational teams
• Create report layouts, apply criteria, and ensure data accuracy

Required Experience

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience analyzing data
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines

Nice to Have

• Experience working within the Agency Management System, Applied Systems - Epic
• Insurance knowledge
• Experience with Power BI and/or Python
• Clear understanding of core sales business principles, including retention reporting, performance metrics and data-driven insights.
