• Prepare federal, state, and local income tax returns for individuals and small businesses, ensuring full compliance with IRS and state tax codes. 

• Analyze and review client financial data to identify tax-saving opportunities and provide strategic tax advisory services. 

• Represent clients in communications and disputes with federal and state taxing authorities, requiring deep knowledge of tax law and regulatory procedures. 

• Provide long-term financial planning and investment strategy support to clients based on financial trends and goals. 

• Manage key client accounts and develop custom financial solutions addressing individual or business financial needs. 

• Participate in business development by conducting consultations with prospective clients. 

• Collaborate with accounting associates on financial statement preparation, month-end close, and accounting system optimization projects. 

• Ensure internal procedure compliance and contribute to firm-wide financial analysis and planning efforts.
