Overview
You will support hiring operations by coordinating interviews and managing candidate scheduling. This role is execution-focused with no prior experience required. Exposure to the hiring process will provide direct visibility into a wide range of roles across real estate, private equity, finance, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and internal team members
- Manage calendars and availability across multiple stakeholders
- Send interview confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups
- Track candidate status and scheduling updates in internal systems
- Communicate with candidates via email, phone, and text
- Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and last-minute changes
- Maintain organized records of all scheduling activity
